*When will my purchase be posted to me?
On most occasions we will post on the next business day. If there is going to be a delay for some reason, we will send you an email to let you know.
*Do you offer Express Post?
Our parcels will be sent out regular post. If you require Express Post, please phone us or email us to request this. Many of our customers live in rural areas where there is rarely any difference between Regular & express postage. Please note, Express Post costs are to be paid by the customer, and are not eligible for free shipping.
*How do I know that my clothes will fit?
We have sizing charts for our major brands, so please refer to them. If your are still unsure, please drop us a message, call or email & we will be able to guide you.
*What if the clothes don't fit?
If the items that you have purchased do not fit, please contact us soon as possible to give yourself the best chance of exchanging for a new size.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

*Can you special order products for me?
Yes we can special order products from the brands that we stock. If it is current product and available in the warehouse, we are happy to order it. Just send us an email or message.
